NFTs to be delayed some days
At PokéMoon, we take a 2-pronged approach to delivering the product that you deserve; we want something that works and is worth it. For our platform, we want something that is worth your time, worthy of your investment and works fluidly. To gauge whether or not we have met both those marks, we look first to the community for your expectations, ideas, and feedback.
We had initially slated NFT release to occur today, Friday the 16th, but looking at the NFT mechanics we have ready at this stage it just does not meet the rigorous standards we have for a working product that is worth your time. We have shifted the current timeline; if all things go well NFTs should be ready next week, but stay tuned for release window adjustments. Rather than release a product that fizzles out without living up to our potential, we have made the difficult decision to ask you for a little more time to craft something that will meet our collective expectations.
To meet those expectations, what’s happening with NFTs on our platform is about much more than cool looks. We are building this rocket as we fly it; having to innovate and create on every level from the way the PokéMoon universe flows thematically to the bytes of data that make it a back-end reality. As many of you that have worked in software know: building something entirely new bespoke to a community’s standards takes a lot more time, energy, and planning than most projects in the BSC space invest.
We will deliver a product that works and is worth it, and thank you so much for your patience and understanding while we get it together.
The KBN-PB pool will remain open in the meantime and the heightened rewards from the PB Price Discovery Event will also continue through the release of NFTs. Y Not will be hosting a series of competitions in the Telegram chat for thousands of Meownaut in prizes every day until NFT launch, and CJ, Hoss, and Y Not will be doing a Pokemon Sword stream answering community questions at around 5–6 PST today http://dlive.tv/PokeMoonCJ.
